UK VISA for American Girl?
Does anybody knows what is the best approch for her to get visa to be in the UK with me?

She will need to apply to the British Embassy or Consulate in the USA for a visa and a work permit if she wants to work when she is here. She should not come here on a visitors (short stay) visa. If she does come on a visitors permit and she is found out she will be deported wether she is American or not.

According to my source in the FCO, the wisest thing to do is for her to come here on a tourist visa and then just not leave. That way you can do all the 'permanent stay' stuff while she is in the country which is a lot easier and more likely to be successful. The Authorities are unlikely to throw an American out of the country.
first of all she doesn't need a visa she needs a passport. it would be easier for her to get a passport to come see you. she needs to go to the AAA website and there will be a link to fill out an application for a passport. have her fill it out and print it. but don't sign it. then she will prolly have to go to a professional photographer and have her pic taken. when she gets her pictures she will have to go to her local court house to the prothonotary office with her driver's licence and her birth certificate and they will send it in. when i got mine it cost me 10 dollars for the picture and 97 dollars for the passport.
