Answer:
With some work visas you were allowed to pay an extra $1,000 for faster processing. I've never heard of any other type of visa having this option.
Expedite means to hurry something through, in this case a Visa.
Its called Premium Processing. You can get your visa approved in less than two weeks. You can only use these Premium Processings for H-1B, E-Visa and Other employment based visas.
