What form do I need for USA spouse?

I am UK citizen and my husband is USA citizen. I want to bring our daughter up in UK. I'm having trouble finding the correct forms to send in so my husband and our child can move back to UK with me.

Answer:
If you cross our southern border with Mexico, at night, all you need is a map scribbled on the back of an old tee shirt.
Contact the British office of immigration and naturaliztion. Or if there is a British embassy nearby, they should be asble to walk you through the process.Your daughter should have no problem as long as you have a birth certificate listing you as the birth mother, she is automatically afforded rights of citizenship through you. With your husband, however, it might take years asnd several thousand dollars to complete all the requirements for him to assume the right to immigrate. In a post 911 world, things are becoming increasingly complicated. He might be able to get a temporary visa in the meantime so that he can travel to the UK and obtain work however. Hope this is of help.
