How can I become a U.S resident? I have no money and want to live and work there in Wisconsin.?

My boyfriend lives over there but he is still married and we are not sure how long the divorce will take. He is a US citizen born and bred over there. I just want to know how I can stay with him as we want to be together.

Answer:
Save your own money, come over here LEGALLY, get your work visa get your own place and then if and when your boyfriend gets a divorce, you two could get together.
get him to send you money to prove his commitment
u need a visa first to get in the country
Stay in your own country, show them support.!
good luck
Stay in your own country. The guy is married. Best option is if he does leave his wife for you , then everyone will think you are a home wrecking tramp. Worst case is that you come here and spend all the time and money and effort it takes to get a visa and he never leaves his wife, and you are the mistress.... I'm sorry to say this, but I don't see a happily ever after for you.
lol and hes ur boyfriend.how i got into this country from america is i had to show proof of being in a realtionship for 3 or 5 years.like bills in both names and that.and have friends write statements saying that they new us and new we were together for the 3 or 5 years.but my partner is brit and aussie and he came back here before i did.then he had to show proof that he could support me well after my arrival,so he had to have some money in the bank.and a friend he was stayn with ran a pub and she made a statement saying that she would give me a job when i got here.it was alot of red tape, but wasnt to bad.i dont know how it will be for you but thats how i got here lol
Marry him after he divources his wife.
Is he "really" getting a divorce or is that what he is telling you?? Have him send you updates on his pending divorce, documented court papers with actual dates and time frames. I don't know how you all met, but many "married" guys will never leave their spouse for someone else??? Good Luck and I do hope he is being honest with you.??
Wait until he is divorced, DO NOT go unless he is divorced and can prove it.
