Changing address on passport-Do I have to go to RPO where the pp was issued or to RPO where I'm living now?

Passport issued from RPO, Worli but now changed residence from Powai to Navi Mumbai. So, should I go to RPO, Worli or to RPO, Thane ?

Answer:
The best solution is the regional passport office in the current place of residence. Alternatively, many post offices are authorized to accept the application on behalf of the the RPO. In Andhra Pradesh, even e-seva centers are also authorized to collect the forms.

Please check the website of the passport office hosted by NIC for more specific details under Minsitry of External affairs
just go to the post office closest to you new house and have it changed.
Do they care?, my address is not on my passport
Remember present address only. I think there are not 2 RPO in mumbai.
