I plan on marrying a canadian woman ,who will live in us with me ,i just need to know what forms i and her needs to fill out and what other actions we need to take.

Both the Beneficiary (Cdn. Fiance) and the Petitioner (US citizen) must fill out and submit the G-325A along with the I-129F.

You will also need to include evidence of having met in person with the last 2 years, Copies of passport pages from both, birth certificates from both, and pervious marriage/divorce certificates from both if applicable, statements from both certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.
