Why do the Irish have it easier the the UK?

Aren't Irish discriminated against in the U.K? Aren't they called Gingers with a hard G and if you think about that word, what is it an anagram of?
Aren't redheads bullied in school and discriminated against?
When Irish first came to the US, they were discriminated against too. Irish worked alongside chinese and blacks to work on the railroad. They came as indentured servants. There were signs that said "No dirty Irish and no blacks"
Irish finally became more accepted as time went by and the term redneck was first used on Irish because since they would work out in the sun, they would get sun burns.
Do British really have a hard time in the U.S? This is news to me. I would like to hear situations and experiences. Post them please.

Ahh paperwork. Right now the INS is being extra selective. They mostly want immigrants that will do dirty work or work for less. You are viewed of as someone who will demand better pay and not good for their interest. There are other homeland security issues. I really don't know why they are targetting those from the U.K.
Because there better looking?, Smarter? Better Teeth? Oh ya & they invinted Guinness. Haven't you ever heard "When Irish eyes are smiling", you better watch out.
Everyone likes Irish people. Not everyone like the British. That's life.
During the early parts of the Mexican American war the Irish where despised by most Americans because of what they did that is where the term Scott/Irish came from.
as are forces where pushing down deep into Mexico thousands of Irish troops defected to the Mexican side they where all killed by hanging, that is why even though I'm Irish and my Great Grandfather fought valiantly for the USA we called ourselves Scottish because there was hatred for the Irishman.
The English are to conceited and opinionated about Australia so we don't particularly want them here ! The Irish are very cool, often been "underdogs" had been mistreated by the beligerant English, so we have a lot incommon ! They bring with them some cute women, great sense of humours and offcourse we already have great pubs thanks to them so their always welcome here. The English we say, stand in line ! The wheels have definately turned. Ireland is part of the UK by the way, it's not just England, but also Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We actually accept any of the three above the English !
because they are sorry for hanging ned kelly........an... re. the USA. because of , JF KENNEDY, it took an irish american to deal with RUSSIA,. and generally because IRELAND never invaded another country on this earth.... they were too busy singing and fighting among themselves.
