Find an American and marry him/her. Another way is to get a visa and get employment here, then you can get your green card. However, please be able to speak English.

If your talking of immigration - the best place to start is with the immigration office and start filling out the paperwork needed to enter this country legally.
As to how to get your dreams? Not sure where your going with that. First thought from the top of my head was to go to sleep to get to your dreams - but know that can't be the answer that your looking for.
go to canada find an american citezen and wait for your visa meanwhile they let you in the usa until your interview in canada. you will have to lived with that certain person or i least have some clothes there and all your mail to go there. and of course we talking marraige to that indvi.
