Yes it's a prime example of a broken system which is why I support Immigration Reform.We need an electronic visa system which can be utilized by government,law enforcement,employers and financial institutions.With a card much like a picture drivers license.If we would've had that in place and his picture alone was run that wouldn't have happened.Sad isn't it that something so simple isn't being used.
