Ruby Bridges, in 1960 became the first African American student to desegregate a formerly all-white school. A brave young woman, in a very bad time in our history.
She was the first black student to attend what used to be an all white elementary school. basically paving the way for desegregation of the school systems. May i ask what that has to do with illegal immigration?
