If you cannot bring them to the USA , why do you want to know where to find them?
Get a citizen or legal resident to do that job.
You should contact of Domestic Help Agency and tell them what you are looking for.
Are there no cleaning agencies in the area that you live? Or, are you just not willing to pay an American what the job is worth?
