Because in Texas they prosecute the Border Patrol Agents and not the ILLEGAL ALIENS AND DRUG SMUGGLERS. They know that they are safer in Texas than they would be anywhere else along the border. They think because Texas is the second largest state and they think there is more opportunity. There's nothing here. And another thing is if they want to live here than maybe they should make a state or island, thats part of the usa only for them to live in. Not anywhere else. Pay them what they want.
