Social security?

How good are the chances of an approval for social security in the reconcideration stage? and if I provied new evidence will I have to see another disabilty examiner provided by social security?

I think you should try this question in the Law and Ethics board. There may be people there who know the answer. All I can say is to appeal. Your chances depend on how good your case is, I would think.
generally i would think if you prcved more info,you would have a better chance, from what i have heard if in the recinsideration stage is best to have a lawyer that specialize in social security,you have 75 to 100% chance of getting it.
