Immigration in France and EU?
Answer:
Last year they passed a 'skilled immigrant only' law and vowed to deport many, don't know where that effort stands. Do know they were talking about following the kids home from school to find the parents. Their law also did away with a prior provision of law that let someone have legal residency once they had been in France illegally for 10 years. Within and amongst the EU, people travel freely, however, so this law only applies to those coming from outside the EU. For web pages, I'm afraid you will have to use your browser.
I know that if your family came from France, I think on your fathers side, you can get in, thats how im trying to get a french citizenship b/c my father was born and raise in France then moved to America before I was born. I know they are strict with immigration due to lack of work for natives. They take hiring french people first seriously, as well as most other EU countries.
