Does anyone know how to HELP me with a Immigration Issue?
She obtained a visa and stayed for 12 months
To extend it just before it expired she went to canada . When she tried to come back she was refused entry at the airport, she then made the mistake bu attempting the 2nd time by bus and her visa was cancelled and she is baned for 5 years. In august it will be 2 years and I had a second baby she never seen.
HOW CAN I GET MY MOTHER BACK HERE ?

There is no way to do it. I'm sorry. Immigration is a sticky issue and trying to get past the laws, will just get you in deep. Sorry
You can't. In breaking the rules she was banned. But you, with a passport, can visit her.
I understand that you want help, but there's none to be had here. Trying to bring her back in again after she has been banned will only result in her being banned for a longer period of time if caught, and a person almost always will be. Why don't you try to plan a trip to Australia with your children to see her? That's the only choice you have right now.
EDIT: Again, I understand your problem. She was punished rather harshly, especially considering other illegal immigrants in this country aren't dealth with at all. Facts are facts though. If you try to bring her back in here illegally she'll be in even bigger trouble, and be banned for a longer period or not be allowed in at all ever. That's the law, and I don't think it's worth risking her not ever being able to come to the U.S. You could maybe try appealing it. I'm not exactly sure of the laws regarding that. You would need to call whatever office handles immigration and ask them about it. I'm sorry you have found yourself in this situation and good luck.
