No, I don't think so. Most immigrants come to another place to have a better life. If the country they're original from was a good one, I believe they wouldn't have chosen to go to a foreign place and actually live there.
Although, if anything, Europe, Spain & the US should come up with a better way to handle the influx of immigrants.

We are in a globalization era.. to the contrary in 50 years the barriers between countries will be slimmer and people will be free to go to one place to the other without passports... it wont be thrid world countries.
I don't really think it is revenge. It is that they are trying to get to a better place. Not one would go somewhere else if they were happy where they are. The U.S. offers a better life and the imigrants take advantage of easily being able to cross our borders. I don't think the world will be run by imigrants but, they could gain a strong grip in the government. This favors the democrates but, overall if we do not slow and stop illigal imigration we are asking for trouble.
You are only mentioning non-white countries, but let's not forget about Romania and Poland! Also, there is no such thing as "the third world." In the case of the United States, illegal immigration is a crisis that our own government has provoked by intervening in other countries' political affairs for their own economical convenience. This started in 1823 with the Monroe Doctrine and is still going on today.
You may be "seeing" right. I have traveled to Many Third World Countries and there does Not seem to be a Great Influx of Foreigners wanting to immigrate to the Countries that I have Been In! I have a Great Concern for your Generation and the Generations to come. The United States is Not what it was 40 years ago. In fact, it is Not what it was 2 years ago!!! It is Time to Put on the Brakes and Take a Very Hard Look at our Immigration Policies. My Wife is an Immigrant BUT there is Nothing Illegal about her status in the U.S. . We went through All of the Proper Government Channels and I Paid all of the Fees. The Biggest Problem that I have revolves around one Word, usually in Front of the word Immigrant. That Word is Illegal. It is this Problem that needs to be addressed for America to survive.

What I see happening is that in all of these first world, so called, countries the middle class folks are being turned poor to the many 3rd world people who are being allowed to come in. This gives the upper controling few, the opportunity to become more controling and in possession of their own wishes. More money for them, less for all of you. More control for them, less for you.
That is the way the people at the top think. They do not see life as a live and let live episode. They see that if they are not taking in or getting more ...they are falling behind.
You can take a gun out and hunt with it. Killing carefully and in economic awareness to feed your family and friends, or you can take it out and threaten, kill and mutilate and create all kinds of living Hell for others.
This is where we live now. The people at the top are blowing us off and doing what THEY WANT not what those who are DEmocraticly involved want from their political representatives. And what they do is for their own good or the good of those who pay them the most.
