What do I need to have with me for driving to canada if I 'm just resident USA?

Answer:
Just bring your driver's license and passport in order to drive in Canada.
Since Homeland Security just relaxed their requirements (until September 2007), you need to have a valid driver's license and a copy of your passport application (and not just a copy of the form or filled-out form - a copy of the form FROM the passport office).
