i heard that in india the second language is english and they have a lot of english universityes so i think that you can give to your children a full english education....my opinion...

I dont know if you'll find a sponsor to financially assist you (unless you get married to a rich Indian, ha ha) -- but there are loads and loads of English schools in India.....you'll find one in every other street, and the education level is pretty good too. Your kids will get a complete education like they would in the US.
Why in the first place you want to move to India and what makes you think that an Indian have to support you? Do you have a charity in UK that look after you?
One thing for sure that have a very good hospital to treat mental patients like you.
