She should be arrested as a terrorist. Deportation is too good for her. She needs about twenty years of our hospitality in a women's prison. Not that I am concerned about her threats. There are more citizens vehemently opposed to amnesty than there are illegals to demand it. They need to do something about her because she inspires me (and hopefully many others) to work even harder demanding that our laws be enforced.
It is true that there is no right for churches to give sanctuary under US law. In fact, any church doing so is going against the government and should lose their tax exempt status.
It must be nice to think that all that stops you from being legal is the laws of the USA, and it you do not get your way by first having legislation hand written by your backers like La Raza, you will shut down our government for your rights and needs, have at it, it will be interesting to watch

The only good thing is... have you seen a picture of that church? And now she shares the upstairs apartment with another woman seaking sanctuary, I understand. If she'd left, she'd probably be back now, since being deported the first time didn't stop her. As it is, she created her own jail.
