Immigration?
I don't think that it will be fair for people to go here without going through an immigration process because it's just not fair for other people who got here fairly , yet I still believe that there should be a better and fair immigration process .

The whole immigration process is flawed, and unfortunately it's only going to get worse due to the illegals that have forced it to be changed.
Illegals have pissed me off that they created this mess, while at the same time I feel for them because of their reasons for wanting to have a better life, but now the whole process for me and anyone else is beyond normal reach.
I have family that is petitioned now, but their "regular process" time is 23 years from the time that it is filed. It's unfair and most people waiting, will be too old or dead before they can come. Illegal is almost the only sure route in hope that amnesty is granted.
I'm not saying it's the right way of doing things, but if amnesty happens it was the shortest route for those that are trying to provide for families. The whole situation just sucks. (My family is Philippines also)
I dislike it when people say that... Specialist and Engineers who wait years I do understand, but when most people come here legaly because their family are US Citizens without any other requirement or skill I think its unfair. We should have a system based on the needs of the country not family ties.

The U.S. is the most generous country on the planet in accepting immigrants. Easier isn't better. Everyone needs to be held to a higher standard, it's no different in this process. Illegal immigration is a slap in the face to all people going through the naturalization process. The thing that gets me is the illegals that are still here and have the gall to march the streets demanding amnesty as if they were the first people that wanted to be here, like they are special. Ask a legal immigrant how they feel about illegals, wait, you did.
We have a system, but 12-26 million illegals decided to do a end run around the system, and now they might be granted amnesty. What is your better and fairer process

I am deeply offended by this. I can't believe people have the nerve to show up here illegally, to mooch off our resources and then send the profits back home!!! The nerve! We don't want you here! Go Home!
