If you have a USCIS petition reciept number already, you can go to that website and click Infopass to schedule an appointment to ask questions to an immigration officer in person in your area. Or if you already have an approved petition, you'll be referred to US Department of State for the visa process and citizenship issues. Their number is 202-663-1225. Good luck. BE PATIENT. Nothing personal, but we already have too many immigrants in the U.S. already, were overcrowded. Have you ever thought about Canada, Mexico, UK. I hope myself and others can dissuade you.
Marry a U.S. citizen, get your green card and then apply for citizenship. You'll be fast tracked through the system. BUT, don't do it unless you are prepared to actually be married! Otherwise, it's illegal and you risk never being able to step foot in this country again! plus, jailtime, fees and that goes for your partner too.
