I think it is ok to kill them because they aren't citizens or anything like that. You might want to see if they are friendly first but if they are doing annoying things like taking away your work, or costing the earth money, or refuse to learn earth languages them sure, pop a cap up their illegal ***.
no the government prefers them alive for studies. i would suggest that if you have one that you keep him alive and turn it in. ther may be a small penelty for haborin one just like an alian.

Assuming that you posses your weapons legally and that the martian(s) are threatening your life, I believe you can make a pretty good self-defense case.
If not then I would assum that you could get away with an insanity plea due to the shock and stress of seeing these new species.
I don't know if it's legal, but I wouldn't want to. Martians are always very nice to me. They take me for rides in their spaceships and then I don't have to go to work. They even give me notes for my boss.
Well libs will argue, that martians were distant relatives of Dinosaurs, That earth was good with huge reptiles, and that we already screwed it up, and need to surrender.
If you are in fear of your life, then you can blow away a martians head or heads off, and this also applies to humans,,,,,,,,
I think you would have to kill your self too man because one way or another your ancestors also invated this country, before you kill any body kill your self.
Maybe they come in peace . So why think about killing any one, before you know for sure their intent ?Once you KNOW their intent well I look at this way,the invaders didn't abide by the laws, so why should we ? I am not responsible for the actions of my ancestors .I am only responsible for the here and now.
