but you have to file the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative,
with all required documentation, you have to pay the fees and there will be a lot of waiting depends on which country he came from and also on his interview he needs to get his medical exam the embassy has a clinic for that and you need to pay also. and they will ask proofs that you married in good faith and I think depends on which country he came from they might ask for certificate of singleness since there's a lot of fraud marriage... people who will do anything just to get a green card and hide that they are already married other than 1 wife. also it won't be easy since the embassy might reject the petition like lacking of documents or not enough evidence or if they think something is fishy. but just go to www.uscis.gov for more info. goodluck!
