I Am In Need Of Some Help?

Please forgive me, but I am not going to go into much detail about the help I am seeking so desperately in here. The only reason is because I know of how so many people are hateful when it comes to the subject I am in need of help with.

I am an USC and I am in need of some help due to an immigration situation. I have a fiance and we are in in the last stage of applying for his visa so he is able to come here legally and we can marry. We have come across a problem just recently (nothing illegal), but something that he is in need of in order to get his visa.
