Call Chief David Aguilar of the Office of Border Patrol in Washington D.C. and tell him to uncuff the Border Patrol Agents in the field. Allow them to do their jobs. At the current time the agents are damned if they do and damned if they don't. Chief Aguilar can be reached at 202-344-2050. If the agents are permitted to do the job that they were hired to do, the crime rate attributed to illegal aliens will drop drastically.
We can deport those who commit crimes and are here illegally.
Immediatly deport them when they get caught. (For misdemeanors only. Felonys they should go to our jails).

First and foremost we MUST secure our borders. Secure our borders to prevent re entry,then begin the systematic deportation of all illegal aliens.They have already committed a crime by entering this nation illegally .And by working here for company's that are also breaking a federal law.Punish the unscrupulous employers, make it too costly for this so called "cheap labor".
I wish we could deport all criminals even if they are here legally.All the evil people that kill,rape,rob and harm any one. Seal the many known tunnels that are known to be along the border. I am not talking about just putting some cement over an opening, but bring the thing down.
Considering some of the thugs that they got on a recent roundup in the Houston area - these thugs will kill their own mother (one was said to have done just that) - this is a SERIOUS PROBLEM and needs to be dealt with before they have the chance to turn the United States over into the mess that is in Mexico.
I am not sure where you got that information and it is pretty much something harsh to say that illegal immigrants are the main cause why crime rates are going up. There may be some illegal immigrants that do chose the crime life, but I do not believe it is them who are causing the u.s.'s problems. In my opinion, sure deport everyone, but honestly, you're stuck paying taxes for the mayority of the u.s. citizens who are in walfare and who commit crimes. And as you know, blacks and white people also commit these crimes. And besides, I always see more blacks than anything in walfare office or who commit crimes.
Why pay for their prison time? Kick em out of the country.

All illegals once caught or rounded up need to be photographed (3-D), fingerprinted, and DNA samples taken for future use, because they will come back. And while we are at it, why not just micro-chip them and release them to wilds of their countries, and monitor them..?????

Have you also thought about African Americans and white people? Didn't think so! Im not mexican, nor am I an illegal person, but you dont have to be a genius to know the answer to your question. Americans, African American, Mexicans, you name them, and all have committed crimes. Dont try to blame Mexicans and cover up the rest!

Yea I agree with the person who said to cut government benefits. It's a big waste of money. Theyre only here because we are the only nation with free benefits. Deporting them is good, but won't be a permanent solution because look at the news in Houston. An illegal immigrant was deported back to Mexico several times. Each time he kept breaking back into the United States committing crimes. One day a black policeman pulled him over and he arrested him for something traffic related. He didnt know the man had a handgun hidden in his pocket and the illegal managed to gypsy out of the handcuffs and shoot the poor cop 2-3 times. You see, deporting doesnt work. They find a way back. We need to close the border. And send every one of them back. We need to be strict with foreigners. I love the idea of putting a big wall at the border. Its very smart.
