A chinese american baby received the 25K from toys r us, when will the parents be deported as they are illegal

The contest originally stated parents must be of legal status. Toys r us first said they couldn't award the prize, then took it back. Hopefully the right thing can be done and the parents can be sent home. When they apply to enter legally, things will be done correctly.

Answer:
Who knows, perhaps this story will bring the family to government/national attention, and the GOV will begin the necessary procedures to deport them.

It's ridiculous that TRU rescinded their original decision, which was in line with the contest rules. TRU has lost my business, because they're flaky, and duplicitous. Caving in to super-juvenile accusations, from the Chinese American advocates, no less. I hope TRU loses a lot of USA business behind this. The stuff is overpriced anyway!
So whats the question?
They will not be deported, as long as the liberals are in power.
ur evil.
do you have a link to the story?
Why do you care? There are procedures for dealing with people who are illegally in the United States and people whose job it is to follow them. I don't know what the 25K dollar savings bond from Toys R Us has to do with anything since it belongs to the child, who is a citizen of the US, and not the parents.
now they will never be deported...it would be politically incorrect to do it now...the various human rights and ethnic groups would be all over that and TRU can not and does not want the bad publicity, hence why they went back on their original ruling and now the child is an anerican citizen for being born here so what you deport the parents and leave the child here...i feel TRU should not have given in like this, that's why people need to read the rules,i forgot if you are here illegally most likely you can't read or speak english
They will not be deported as they reside in the world's greatest city--a santuary city at that. Did you notice that Toys R Us reversed their decision. Seems they aren't interested in upsetting the Chinese community as they just opened up their first store in Shanghai--and since most of their items are made in Chinese factories.
They most likely will not be deported. But now that they have 25,000 dollars maybe the government should not pay their hospital bills. And now there are restraunts accepting the paso in the United States. Good Thing Rick Perry is tough on the border.
Remember that we have different rules for many oppresive countries, like China and Cuba, for people to "defect" to get legal status.
The rules were specific.
The parents were illegals.
Doesn't it seem reasonable if the rules are being tweaked that next year everyone from around the world will rush to the US for a chance of prize $.....?

It was very charitable for Toys R Us to give to all 3 babies...............but I believe the rule was parents were to be US residents...........not illegals!
Hope the rules are in BOLD print for next year.
