i migrated to canada myself. www.cic.g.ca the official govt of canada site. try this number not sure if you can reach it from wher eyou are, 1 800 O (the letter O) Canada and ask for an immigration number or embasssy contact. I see the sitea all the time. canadavisa.com but i will give you some legal legit sites to check on things.
