Can I be abble to have 2 visas together in my passport (B1 & F1)?

When I wiil apply about F1 visa and I have B1 visa now let me now please whether if my F1 visa will be approved so my B1 will be valid still? In the other words is it permitted to have 2 visas together(B1 & F1)?

Yes, it is perfectly okay to have more than one US visa; lots of people do. You can't have two of the same type, but since visas run from A through V right now, there is a lot of variety available!
