I truly feel that anybody( no matter what country they come from) should have no rights in a country that they are not born in or legal to be in for any reason. I am not a racist, but I am getting tired of this country handing out the american dream to illegals while my husabnd and I work hard and still don't own a home. It seems that to get more...you have to be illegal.
They should have no legal rights in the USA. They should only have the right to be treated humanely while being deported.

People here illegally still have rights under international law and treaties, human rights. As aliens they do not have the full rights of citizens, and as illegals they don't have the privledges given to visitors and guests. This is true in every country. It's odd that those countries people would least like to enter have the most strident entry requirements. Immigration law is encyclopedic, pack a lunch if you follow the link.
I agree with the two previous posters. Enter the country illegally and you have no (as in 0 ... NADA)" rights!
right to education, medical care, freedom of speech, a lot of the rights that citizens have.
they cannot hold office, work in an environment that they are secure and not looking over their shoulders that they will be caught a deported, most banks are being greedy and extending loans and credit.
