I've just gone through getting my british passport (born and raised canadian with a british father) and I know that you can get citizenship in another country and keep your other citizenships as long as that country does not have a problem with it. Otherwise you either have to forfeit your previous citizenships or just not bother going through with the citizenship of that country.
US does not allow dual citizenship.

However, if your country -of which you are citizen of- allows you to retain your citizenship at the time you acquire citizenship of another country- US or some other country, one can have dual or triple citizenship.

So, check with British and Philippines Embassy for their rules.
I do not believe that this would be allowed. If I'm not mistaken, US policy is to allow NO MORE than one citizenship in addition to the American one. That being said, there is no way that any country can force you to give up your citizenship to a different country, so there is really no harm in asking US officials at your local passport office -- they are not going to "target" you for having an existing dual citizenship other than American!
The US does not recognize dual citizenship. Meaning that you can have citizenship in the US, but if you do, the US will not recognize your citizenship of another country. Im not sure if they will deny you of the others though. Check US Department of State (?). I do know winston churchill had citizenship in like 4 different country.
British only allow dual.

---Dual Citizenship
Under present legislation the United Kingdom recognises dual nationality, and, if you acquire Australian citizenship, this does not affect your right to hold a British passport and live in the United Kingdom. As regards your position in Australian law, you are advised to consult the Australian authorities.---
