I am a minor do i need a permission form or something to leave the U.S if i am a legal resident?
Answer:
If you have a Colombian passport, then no. Children who are citiens of the united States must have signature of both parents to get a passport and leave the country, but you are a citizenof Columbia so this does not apply to you. This is my OPINION, but it would be a good idea to call the airine and ask what documentation THEY will ask for.
Yes, probably from BOTH parents, unless one has legal sole custody.
Definately need permission from yur parent or guardian to leave the country.
Yeah, you probably do. It isn't good for a minor to go trapsing around the world in this day and age. Is everything okay? Why do you want to go to Colombia?
Permission AND a passport AND money AND a travel agent.
You would need first to have passport up to date'
You nedd to have a notorized ,letter from parent you live with, and, Airline must be notified As you. will need to pay extra for an airline companoin .to stay with you, until verified parent or person ,who is an adult ,can show id> to be able to let you go with waiting relative.
in this country, a minor can't leave the state without parental consent, much less the country. i'm pretty sure about this...hmmm
YES. You need a notarized permission from both parents.
