Hey, I would be graduated this coming winter from Troy State University in Alabama. My question is if I would go back home after I graduated most probably embassy in my country(uzbekistan) would not give me working visa. right now I have F-1 visa, after I gradute I can apply for OPT and most probably I would receive it, but it is not valid for reentery, and I was here already 3 years, and I really wanna go home visit my parents. So what should I do after graduating, or is there any way to come back, after I would go home?
Answer:
You should try to help your own country grow and improve.
we have enough people taking money from the economy. try canada or germany.
Why America? If your family is in Uzbekistan, don't you think you ought to go there?
Why not see if you can get your student visa up-graded to an immigration visa? you would only need to spend two more years, then could visit home and return with little or no trouble.
the general idea behind student visas is that the student from a less fortunate country can come here to receive an education and then return to their homeland to help. was this something you didn't realize when you applied for the visa? i suppose you could get a job before you leave, so it will be easier to get a green card.
yes go back to your own country, with the free schooling you got on US united states tax payers, we cannot afford anymore freeloaders, help your own country, so we dont have anymore people comming here, and freeloading off us taxpayers
There is no work here as I am think about going back to India.
