I need an answer please! Inmigration issue.?
i went to inmigration and the security told me that i had to send a letter explaining the reason why i failed to appear to my appointments and requesting a reschedulle.
does anybody know if they take any actions against me for that reason, i'm cuban and i know that they are not going to deport me, but!! they can delay my residence for more time.
any help please so i can undertand what is going to happen now??

Security guard is absolutely right.
Just put it in writing TODAY and mail the letter certified return receipt.
There is nothing to worry.
It happens all the time! Well, not all the time but happens quite frequently and people have to reschedule.
Call the office and pray. You should have taken care of this before hand. Personally, I think you should just go back to Cuba.
i don't know why there so many people out there so stupid like that brandy that answer your question, you just said that you were on vacations, pleaseee!! i just think that you had bad luck but everything is going to be fine they are going to reschedulle it and thats it
