What's up with all the Mexican illegals asking for amnesty?
Answer:
Because "criminals" have to ask for "amnesty". That is what is so funny about the stupid libs. They say the illegals are not criminals. Then, they say that they are just "undocumented" but they want amnesty for all of them...LOL!!! If they were not criminals, would you call it amnesty? That is the real reason that they are trying to fool americans by calling it Comprehesive Immigration Reform. If they didn't, what would they call it? AMNESTY!!! Then that would point to what I said at the beginning.
Bring back Operation W-E-T-B-A-C-K
No amnesty.Load them in cattle cars bound for the tip of south America,Then "accidentally"drive it into the ocean.
It's not just Mexicans asking for amnesty. I only believe amnesty is part of the solution along with strong security measures and improvements in immigration system. That's just my opinion though, it sounds like a more organized idea than just "deport all illegals."
P.S. like the guy above me does not sound very smart, just joking around and not giving a real solution to the problem.
Edit - you need to allow messages if you want a real answer. But in summary telephone, power, and water bills with THEIR name on it and an ID from their home country is what's usually used to confirm how long they've been here.
Serviocal, I can't believe you would suggest that a guy with an avatar name as erudite as the one above you might be mentally lacking.
As to the question, I guess they figure 'If you never ask you never know'. The DEMANDS rather than requests are the ones that get me.
I agree with you on the 'time of entry' bit, though. The one thing we know for a fact is that they have fake documentation down to an art form.
90% of all illegal aliens are Hispanic. Of those, 70% are Mexican. They want to sneak in here and step in front of other legal immigrants that came here the proper way. They are stealing from our country, and they want the whole tamale for themselves. Just ask the Pew Center. They are so full of lies and deliberate deceptive information to the media, they can't even talk strait without notes. They want amnesty so they can stay here and live in America as Mexicans and destroy our country, culture, and economy.
They all want a piece of the American pie,but they want it for free, and they get it for free, then they tell all theyre friends and they come for their piece of pie too,and so on.
No amnesty should be given to any illegal alien. If that happened the flood, invasion, trespassing will never stop.
Oh, my friend...they want more than amnesty...have you seen this article?

Critics say Social Security deal would give billions to Mexicans
Federal officials insist it would cost only $105 million for the first 5 years

THERE ARE ALREADY OTHER AGREEMENTS
The United States already has Social Security deals, known as totalization agreements, with 21 countries. The agreements are designed to relieve multinational workers from having to to make two social security payments, one in their homeland and the other in the country where they work. Workers can count their years of work in both countries to qualify for benefits.
The agreements, chiefly with European countries, Canada, Japan and Australia, have been largely free of controversy. The Social Security Administration estimates that it nets more than $600 million a year in payroll taxes under the system, and in 2004 it paid $206 million to about 102,000 foreign beneficiaries.

WASHINGTON — A confidential 2004 agreement between the United States and Mexico could require Social Security to pay billions of dollars in benefits to Mexicans who paid payroll taxes in this country, according to a senior citizens' group that forced the document's disclosure.
The Social Security Administration insists that the agreement — which has yet to be signed by President Bush and sent to Congress for consideration — would cost the retirement and disability fund a relatively scant $105 million annually for the first five years.
But the TREA Senior Citizens League, an offshoot from a group of retired military personnel, and some members of Congress contend the agreement opens the door to paying benefits to millions of Mexicans who have worked illegally in the United States, as well as their dependents, even if they now reside in Mexico.
Government sued
After government officials refused for more than three years to release the document, the seniors advocacy group obtained it by suing the Bush administration. TREA embargoed the text for release today.
Illegal immigrants aren't eligible for Social Security. But their work history in the United States would count toward eligibility for benefits if they eventually obtain legal residence. Congress is expected to consider this year a bill giving most illegal immigrants a chance to qualify for citizenship, and President Bush backs the general concept.
"We could have billions, maybe tens of billions, being paid out to people who have been here illegally," said TREA Senior Citizens League spokesman Brad Phillips. "And we don't know where that money is coming from. And we don't know how much money we're talking about because the Social Security Administration isn't telling us."
The Government Accountability Office, the investigative arm of Congress, also has questioned the Social Security Administration's math and assumptions, saying the payouts could be much higher than the agency claims.
"The Social Security Administration itself warns that Social Security is within decades of bankruptcy, yet they seem to have no problem making agreements that hasten its demise," TREA chairman Ralph McCutchen charged.
The organization has a membership of 1.2 million.
The deal with Mexico has been challenged on and off Capitol Hill as a potentially huge drain on the Social Security trust fund and a possible magnet for more illegal immigration.
Defenders of the agreement argue that it is a matter of fairness.
"It's only for people who have paid into the system," said Josh Bernstein of the National Immigration Law Center, a pro-immigrant advocacy group.
Social Security Administration spokesman Mark Lassiter said the agency had to work through "legal questions" before releasing an agreement that has yet to take effect.
Under the agreement, Mexicans could qualify for Social Security after 18 months of work in the United States. But first they would have to reach a total of 40 quarter-years of work — as required of all full-time residents of the United States — with work in Mexico, Lassiter said.
And, he stressed, the U.S. share of their benefits would be calculated based on their work time in the United States rather than their overall work history.
During consideration of a major immigration bill last year, the Senate narrowly rejected an amendment by Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev., that would have denied Social Security to illegal immigrants eligible for legalization.
Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, who voted for the proposal, said Wednesday, "My record is clear: I do not believe that those who engage in illegal activity should benefit financially for their illegal actions."
Deal in limbo
It's uncertain when the administration would send the agreement to Congress. The deal has remained in limbo ever since its signing in 2004.
Lassiter said the administration is waiting to receive diplomatic "notes" from Mexico that would further clarify the issue of benefits for illegal immigrants. "There has never been a response from them," Lassiter said.
A Mexican government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said consultations continue.
"We believe that this agreement will provide substantial protections for both Mexican and American workers," the official said.

If illegals worked half as hard at making their own country a better place for their own, as they work at getting something for nothing, they'd be rich. I have an anology I like to use in situations like this. It goes like this.
Cheddar Cheese Pringles, a Three Year Old and Immigration
True Story….No Kiddin
I’m sitting in a chair, watching TV and snacking on a few Pringles, Cheddar cheese I think and this three year old kid comes in the room.
He looks around for a minute and sees my Pringles can.
Without hesitation, he walks over, makes eye contact
And slowly begins to reach out and take the Pringles.
I said “Hey their Partner. You don’t touch another man’s Pringles without asking.
Now, if you ask, I’d be more inclined to give you a few. Well, of course, you know the little kid had absolutely no Idea what I was saying and I went ahead and gave him some. Told him not to drop any on the floor, which he did two seconds later.
He leaves the room with his chips, but in less than three minutes he’s right back.
This time with his hand out and making this primitive, grunting sound that I know has something to do with my cheddar cheese flavored Pringles. I tell him no in a nice tone, explaining that his mothers gonna kill me if I give him anymore.
As you might expect, he throws a tantrum and storms into the next room, “whining all the way” to his mother.
I turned to the fellow employee, who happens to be pro-legal immigration or can’t decide which side of the fence he’s on. I look’em right in the eye and said,
“Now that’s exactly how our illegal immigration problem got started”.
They come over here without being asked. They try to take what is not theirs.
When you go easy on’m, they take what you offer, but come right back expecting more and when you tell them “No more”, they “demand” more and protest, wave “their” countries flag, till they get what they want or until you put your foot down and say no. . The only difference is they don’t go running home to their mother.
