I have been waiting on my husbands waiver, and I was told that it would take 6 months to process, well its been 6 months and I have not heard anything. Please don't send me to the USCIS website, cause it doesn't work. My hubbies case is in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico and well, I was wondering if there is a place where he could or I could call and check his status. Umm I have tried the 01152 etc... to Mexico to check status on any pending case. But all they say is that I have to wait 10-12 months for a response. Does it really take that long? Please help anyone, I am a mother of a 3 year old that really really misses his daddy. We haven't seen eachother for the past 6 months. ITS HORRIBLE!

Thanks for doing it the legal way. But due to recent events It's just a long process. Unfortunately the people who try and do it the right way are the ones that suffer.
I went thru this too, not the waiver part he was approved in Juarez thank god. But the wait is HORRIBLE once the petition makes it there. All you can do is wait and perhaps visit. 90 percent of waivers are approved out of that embassy.
