I have not done my research on this one. But I will.
But if Kennedy actually did sign on to anything that I agreed with I would be surprised. Are you sure that there isn't something buried in there some where that would s**** us over? :)
I love the sound of this bill.
It is about time the politicians listened to the voice of the people, if they want to be elected....I will not vote for any politician who does not speak out on illegal immigration.
the McCain/Kennedy bill should get re-introduced. It never became law, because the house immigration bill and the senate one were so different, they couldn't find an acceptable form for both. It would pass both houses this time, I would think.
By the way, the anchor babies provision would be unconstitutional. amendment 14 to the United States Constitution.
I have to admit that anchor babies are probably my biggest beef with illegal aliens.
