It doesn't matter if you get married or not, you're only here on a student visa. You have no privileges other than being able to live here to go to school. You can't petition her and you can't get her a fiancee visa. She can, on the other hand, try her luck in getting a tourist visa.

1. She can visit you for up to 3 months by tourist visa.
2. She can get a student visa and attend the college you belong to.
3. You can marry her in Singapore and bring her to the US as your spouse.
