Have you heard of the success of Operation Streamline?
Earlier this week, Congressman John Culberson visited the Mexican border to learn more about a zero tolerance program called Operation Streamline. This common sense program is deterring border crossings and dramatically reducing illegal immigration.
"The Del Rio sector is now closed to illegal immigrants thanks to the initiative of local Federal District Judge Alia Ludlum and
Border Patrol Chief Randy Hill. In their sector, they are no longer tolerating illegal aliens coming into the United States and they are insisting that the law be enforced.

Answer:
Wow from 7000 per month down to twenty, now that's effective. We all need to contact our legislators about this operation, it proves it can not only be done but it can be done quickly... Most impressive
I think that's great, stopping it at the border is the most effective way, I have also noticed that since the American public came out so strongly against the reform bill that we are seeing an increase in the enforcement of our immigration laws. My state has been cracking down on Contractors who hire illegal immigrants, this is new for my state it has always been very soft on employers who break our immigration laws.
Maybe this is an upward trend, of course now it looks like the immigration bill will be broken down into parts and quietly passed if the public is not attentive, for example the Ag Jobs bills.
I'll believe it when I can press 1 thru 9 for English.
Good for them. It is nice to know that at least some government people are getting it right.
No more Balseros and Braceros sneaking into our country ?
OH!
that's sad!
:(
That's great!
Well, that IS there job
This is very good news. If we all would do it, the problems could easily be solved. I'm very proud that states and localities are taking it onto themselves to rid our country of these parasites.
It's great and I hear they are going to expand it, I'm very happy
Fantastic news indeed. Now, get all states to follow in the footsteps of Georgia, where they are actually self-deporting.

Seal the borders, get them back home, and for illegals, home isn't here.
And just think it is saving lives as well when they decide not to cross, 275 dead just this year. Didn't bring enough agua. Gee, hot desert, one 20 ounce Dasani should do it, right? LOL
Thanks for the great news.
Push your local government to follow the example set in Georgia.
