As long as theres a good ged program in every state i dont see why not. I was a high school drop out and just got my ged fairly easy. It's not really fair for people that were not able to get an education though.
Didn't know that it was a problem.... And come to think of it... exactly why would Australia *want* to keep drop outs anyway?
America doesn't let immigrants come here legally without a education. In order to come to america one of the requirements is to get a GED or have a high school education. Sadly it doesn't do any good since we just watch them as they cross the boarder and live here illegally.
