I don't know of any way to do this other than applying for a K1 (fiance) visa. Under that system, you have to marry within 90 days of your fiance arriving in the U.S. It is a cumberson process and takes time. For my wife and I, it took approximately 6 months from application for K1 visa to approval. Once we married it took over a year to get an interview and a green card.

The pill or condoms will prevent the pregnancy scares. Can you transfer with your company? Find a job with a company in the states and have them help you apply for a work visa. Can she move to your country so you don't have to give up your job?
It's hard to get a visa based on employment - the employer must prove that you are very special, that none in the country can do this job, that they advertised and could not get any decent applicants, do a lot of paperwork and pay a lot of money.
Are you a well-known scientist or something?
If not, better go the normal way - K1 and marriage.

took my daughter 10 years and 2 kids before she got her green card but she was ok because her hubby worked, she did what you want to do but even if you have kids since 911 lots has changed they would send you home weather there are kids or not do it right go for the fiancee licence takes 6 month but at least you would go in with a green card
