When I went to Ciudad Juarez and walked back across the border I noticed thousands of people crossing the border with border crossing cards but less than half that many going back to Mexico with these cards? A naturalized citizen who drives a bus in El Paso told me that when El Paso wants more workers immigration which is both in El Paso connected to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez hands out more border crossing cards. Most do not go back and they go to work somewhere in the U.S. A border crossing card is not a work permit it is a very inexpensive temporary tourism permit. So why put up a fence when the consulates who have been caught many times stealing from their own systems are letting them in whenever El Paso wants cheap labor?

Yea, that is a confusing question.
If your question is should illegal immigration be tolerated, the answer is no. It's illegal for a reason - we made it that way. And rules are meant to be followed.
As for the morality of immigration rules, that's a different topic, but we shouldn't make an exception for some immigrants and not for others, unless there is a very, very good reason.

All I have to tell you is that (from the little I understood you) Mexican nationals come to the states on a daily basis and spend MILLIONS of dollars a day on goods , then go back to Mexico.

when i worked at a meat processing plant. the immigrants was spiting on the floor and they would drop the meat and pick it up and place it in the boxes to be shipped out. weather they are illegal or legal i don't know. it just turned me off from eating meat. this went on at conagra.
