Immigration sponsor?
Answer:
How about moving to mexico and take your husband with you
My understanding is that since he is a citizen, you can get a green card.
Do you know that your email can be traced very easily and government can charge you for violations of so many laws. So, take your post off.
So, I suggest you find a sponsor amongst someone you know -someone who is willing to genuinely help you.
If it is just two of you, you should review the poverty guidelines. It takes $16000 or so to qualify.
To answer your qestion, you're wasting your time. You need a genuine sponsor (friend or family member) who is willing to take the financial risk for 5 years. There's no flexibility in the law. Your husband, a friend or family member is going to have to prove to the CIS that he/she has an annual income of $17,500 or greater.
PS. Don't compound your problems by overstaying your visa. If you don't have a sponsor by the time the visa expires then wait in Mexico for your husband to sort things out.
