Thai girl marry American man but no need greencard?

I'd like to know if a B-2 or tourist visa holder marry an American man what will she get when she doesn't apply for a green card. Because her husband will move to Thailand. So she thinks she can go the US anytime by her tourtist visa. So she only want to get married in the US to get benefits from her husband.. And I don't know what can she get if she doesn't apply for a greencard.

She and her husband mostly will be in Thailand though. So please help me out.
I hope you understand my English.
ps. it's my friend's case.

Answer:
It is perfectly legal for your friend to marry her American boyfriend in the US on a tourist visa, as long as she doesn't intend to live there. If the couple lives in Thailand, she can continue to visit the US from time to time, still using a tourist visa.

And she won't need to get a new visa "every time she goes back" since a tourist visa for Thai citizens is good for ten years' travel.

However, there are no 'benefits' in such a case, unless her husband is a retired serviceman and gets VA or Social Security payments. Then, if he dies, his wife might be entitled to survivor benefits. But she will get no immigration benefits or rights to live in the US unless he files an immigrant petition for her after they are married.

Your English is very good, by the way.
She will need a new visa every time she goes back, and as the spouse of a US citizen she may get that, however it will not let her 'get' anything at all.
