we're talking the human kind of alien (rght?) & if we aren't, oh well.
if they aren't asimilating but are using our tax fed government services, they are definitely going to be a burden.
as well, their lack of integration will create a subculture & network that is parasitic in relation, & it will naturally create ignorance & resentment in more responsible citizens.
as for extra-terrestrials, i personally, have nothing bad to say about outer space beings
...mainly b/c none of them have pissed me off (yet)
