Why is this govt allowing Border Patrol Agents to go to jail while terrorist and dope smugglers are crossing?

Those guys need to be pardoned.
Because they shot them without any cause ( returning across to Mexico is not a crime, nor is crossing it to get into the states.(its a civil offense), which is specifically not allowed! They had no idea who the people were when they shot them!
Because the government doesn't care about America.
They didn't know that the guy was a drug smuggler when they shot him. They, like MANY law enforcement officers abused their power by shooting him. Shoot now ask later is NOT a border patrol procedure.
Who knows. Maybe the next Attorney General will have a better record on this point...
Its all part of keeping Mexico happy. Keeping big business happy. And it all helps Mexico and Bush, with the push for open borders.
They went to jail for shooting an unarmed man and they knew he was unarmed and then for covering up the evidence afterwards. If a cop shoots your brother and your brother has no gun and then they cover up the crime would you not want the cops to be in jail?
Because to a liberal, the victims are the real criminals!
yeah very true I am in this one with you the government is stupid. no one should be saying that they over use there powers because they were not in the position if you don't know the hole story people should not talk stop drugs and smuggler is what they are here to do and they go to jail for a drug dealer that is let free and will go back to drug smuggling when the border patrol agent go to jail
