your question makes no sense to me. how is it your sisters are legal born citizens and older than you, yet you aren't? your parents lived somewhere else? sorry, i haven't a clue how to help you.

You're under 21. If you're illegal, and your parents are about to become citizens, you will become a citizen too, at the same time, if your parents had the commonsense to list you on their citizenship application in the box provided for just such things.
