He gets the nightstick upside the head (kidding). They get a ticket and a court date.But most recently,the state police started asking for green cards also.
S/he gets a ticket, just like anyone else. Some cities and states prohibit the police from even inquiring if s/hes here legally.

Assuming you're talking about an illegal in the U.S.- Depends on a few things- First of all, what state you're talking about. Also, what if he/she has false documents, a driver's license, etc., so the cop doesn't know he/she is an illegal. If that's the case, the speeder probably gets a ticket, a day in traffic school, and a fine.
well, hopefully, you aren't here IN MY COUNTRY illegally...and if you are, then you should think seriously about the laws you are starting to break at a steady pace, dear.

if you want to be a productive member of this society, you need to follow the rules as best you can.
the officers may not have been able to tell if you were illegal at the time, but soon that will change and you will go to a holding place to be deported.
LOL. probably several tickets. Speeding, no driver's license and no insurance. Then they don't show up in court, and that is the end of it. They get away with more criminal activity.
The police officer will look up his name and find nothing. Then from there he will contact I.C.E (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to deal with the Illegal there. Then from there they will be sent back to their country that they original came from.

The officer making the stop is either required to speak Spanish (assuming the illegal is Latino which most are) likely would radio in for someone who does. The ticket is issued and the illegal goes on about his business.
