Ramos-Compean prosecutor claimed no evidence against him but how does he explain a cell phone left behind ?
Aldrete-Davila stated that he had nothing in his hands as he ran toward the international border. When asked if he possibly could have had a cellular telephone in his hands, Aldrete-Davila reiterated that his hands were empty. He advised there had been a cellular telephone in the van, but stated it was left behind. [Agent's Note: The Form I-44, Report of Apprehension or Seizure, completed by Jose Compean, noted that a cellular telephone was discovered inside the van.
The DHS report failed to include the Form I-44 referred to in the above paragraph.

Did you know that it took THREE days for them to get Ramos medical assistance AFTER he got beaten while in prison? He was severely beaten to the point that he had major bruising and broken blood vessels in his ARM! His chest was very beaten too. It would not surprise me if they end up getting killed while in prison and our Government is doing NOTHING to protect these National Hero's!
It is obvious that these men deserve a new trial. It seems counterproductive to keep trying to hash out hearsay details on the internet Minutewoman.
This case is going in circles every day there is something new
The other day I called up my Congressman's office and started yelling. The point was I said that it made NO sense to me that drug runners are allowed to sneak into this country and law enforcement officers who try to stop them are arrested and thrown in jail while the drug runner is granted immunity and let go. Things are completely backwards. I just don't get the logic of it, going out of our way to protect the criminal and throwing into jail the border patrol agents who are only trying to stop them
This idiocy makes no sense to me at all. Something is drastically wrong here when a foreign national drug-running criminal is given immunity to testify against those trying to protect us from them.
Totally F'd up! Totally!! If we all just write or call our congressmen and let them know that we are all against this nonsense, against illegal activities against anything stupid, then maybe they'd listen to us. I wouldn't be surprised if a group of people take it to themselves in the near future... I, might just be one of them.

A presidential pardon is in order
I believe it is our responsibility to join forces to free these men. It has become obvious that the corruption started way up the political ladder. The Presidents unwillingness to cooperate in this matter makes one wonder just how for up it does go?
