I apply to become US citizen because my wife is america citizens. Then she cannot go to the oath ceremony with me. Do you think there will be a problem for immigration???

Sorry, question isn't clear. Why wouldn't your wife being with you be a problem. It is you who is swearing. She is already a citizen.
