IS there anything that citizens of DEVELOPING nation must go through to leave their country?

Such as customs...Or are there any regional organizations who monitor the migration patterns?

Please, serious answers with sources.

Answer:
Developing nations have governments like everyone else. They have immigration offices, airports, customes, the same processes that we have.

Often there is more bribery involved there, though.
you will not get any answers, you never let us know what country you are leaving, what country you want to go to. how can we help, if questions are incomplete. Since 09/11/2001, all immigration laws all over the world have change, we need more details.
oh yea, they go through hell.
Every government has immigration laws, and customs, that I know of. I am not sure what you mean by 'developing', but I know Africa and China have them, because I've been there.
